In order to benefit from Emergency Service, all you need to do is keep on using Irancell network for at least three months, with at least 10,000 Tomans monthly transactions. ​For more info on how to use the service, visit this page

Airtime Advance Service

If you have no airtime and can’t top-up your account for any temporary reason, you can receive airtime advance through any of the following methods:

Dial *815#

• Go to MyIrancell> Airtime Advance.
  In addition to the emergency airtime fee, for each 500 Tomans, 50 Tomans transaction fee will be deducted from your next top-up.​
• Data Advance Service
  In case you’ve run out of data and have an urgent need to use internet, you can receive a one-day data package without any need for immediate payment. To receive data advance package, just dial *815#
  The cost will be automatically deducted from your next account top-up!
  Currently, 50MB 1-day package is available for 1,950T and it is expected that other various packages be made public soon.

Mellat Bank:Use Hamrah Bank or go to Mellat Internet Banking page (Your Rial Accounts > Postpaid Bill Management and Prepaid Recharge > Request for Bank Payment)

Melli Bank:Go to Melli Bank Auto-Recharge Service for Prepaid SIMs

Peyman:To use this online payment solution and determine the maximum amount of debit for automatic bill payment in a daily/monthly cycle, follow the instructions below:

1. Open MyIrancell app and go to “Recharge”.
2. Tap on “Auto Recharge” button.
3. Now to use this service, tap on “Subscribe” and then on Payman icon – you’ll get redirected to Payman page.
4. Enter your Irancell number here to receive a one-time PIN and then enter the code in the related field.
5. Choose your SIM card type, maximum debit amount and limitations of daily/monthly auto debit, and then confirm.
6. Read Payman terms and conditions and accept them to activate this service.

P2P enables you to recharge your prepaid friends’ SIMs or pay part of their postpaid bills by your postpaid or prepaid SIM.
 How to use P2P:

To send your desired top-up, you can follow one of the methods below:
MyIrancell app:

Download and install MyIrancell application. At the bottom of its main page, tap on “Recharge a Friend” section and then go to P2P Service. Here you can enter your friend’s mobile number and your desired top-up amount.

USSD Codes:

If it’s the first time you want to send top-up to your friends, you need a 4-digit PIN. Dial *142*1# or *555*1*3*1# from your Irancell line to get your PIN. From that time forward, you can dial the same codes and enter your top-up recipient number, your desired top-up amount and your exclusive 4-digit PIN to recharge your friends’ accounts or pay part of their bills.

SMS:

From left to right, type your top-up recipient number, the amount of top-up (in Rials) and your exclusive 4-digit PIN respectively in a message text, without any spaces between them and while a : separates them from each other; then send the text to 1112. That’s it!

Notes:

• For every P2P top-up, 50 Tomans will be debited from your account (as the sender).
• Postpaid subscribers can send up to 5,000 Tomans per each month of their bill cycle.
• This service is unavailable to postpaid subscribers who have not paid their bills by their due date.
• You can dial *142*2# at any time and enter your NID number to change your 4-Digit PIN.
• If you enter your P2P PIN incorrectly more than 20 times, the service will be temporarily deactivated for you. You can dial 700 form Irancell lines or 09377000000 from other lines to contact our Call Center and request service reactivation.
• You can’t transfer any amount from your WOW top-up using P2P service.
• If your number has been misused regarding top-up transfer or bill payment through P2P service, or if you wish to have the list of numbers that transferred top-up to you or paid your bill or you have done the same for them, you’ll need to refer to the legal authorities and submit the letter received from them to our legal department for further follow up and action.
• Request RechargeYou can
  ask for credit from your friends through one of the following options:
• MyIrancell App:
  Download and install MyIrancell application. At the bottom of its main page, tap on “Recharge a Friend” section and then go to P2P Service. Here choose “Charge Me” option and then enter the mobile number and the desired top-up amount; then send your request to the related number.
• USSD Codes:
  Dial *555*1*3*3# or *142*3# then enter the desired top-up amount and the related number to ask for top-up. After you have sent the request, your friend will receive an SMS including your number, the requested top-up amount and the verification code, from 1115. To accept the request, they need to simply send the verification code to 1115.
  

You can purchase airtime using POS devices or ATMs.

1. Choose “Purchasing Irancell Recharge” option in POS devices or ATMs
2. Select your desired amount
3. Once the amounts are deducted from your bank account, you can have a printed receipt which contains your PIN
4. Enter the PIN using the following USSD:

* 141 * 12-16 digit code #

The service is currently available at the following banks:

Mellat, Saman, Parsian, Melli,Asan pardakht

* If the device cannot print out your PIN due to some technical problems, you can use only the same debit card and the same device to request for a reprint.

Please enter the destination prepaid number in this format: “93XXXXXXXX”.
Sending gift airtime to another prepaid account will only cost 50 Tomans.

By dialing below code, you can recharge a Fixed Internet Packages prepaid account:

*141*12 or 16-digit PIN*Fixed Internet Packages ID#

Please make sure you enter the Fixed Internet Packages ID in this format: “94XXXXXXXX”.

Sending gift airtime to a Fixed Internet Packages account won’t cost you anything.

By dialing *555# and selecting “account management” you can recharge your SIM card. You also have access to below options:

• Mobile internet packages
• Combo packages
• Irancell promotional plan
• Special tariffs
• SIM management (internet, language,…)
• Kids and Teens service

Dial *7*1# from your SIM card to pay your postpaid bill using your bank card; just make sure you have its internet PIN with you. Dial *7*3# to pay your utilities’ bills.

All Irancell prepaid subscribers can now use WOW service to enjoy up to 30% free airtime based on their recharge amount To activate WOW, all you have to do is enter your PIN using this pattern: *144*12 or 16 digits code#. Please notice that as the validity rules of the bonus credit have changed, the validity period and the amount of the bonus credit will not be accumulative.
