RBT Service enables you to set your favorite music/audio file as RBT so that the caller can listen to the music/audio piece while waiting for you to answer the call.
You can also access all RBTs provided by Irancell via Irancell RBT App. You can find your favorite RBT by searching the song, artist and/or RBT code.

RBT Service App
You can use RBT Service App to search and activate your favorite song, set your favorite part of the song as RBT, set your own voice as RBT and share the RBTs with your friends. By launching this App, totally distinctive features and specifications are added to RBT Service. You can still access the regular RBTs through the separate category allocated to them.

Smart greeting facilities
- Specific Contact RBT
Using this feature you can set a separate song for each contact so that the intended song will be played for each contact.
- Personal RBT with Your Own Voice
Using this feature you can set your own recorded voice (e.g. singing, playing musical instruments, narration, etc.) as RBT. You can also share your personal RBTs with others.
- Instant RBT
This feature enables you to set RBT App’s default messages (e.g. I’m in a meeting, I’m driving, etc.) instantly as RBT according to your current state.

You may check and manage the active RBTs on your SIM Card using the My Active RBTs, My Purchases, and My Selected Parts tabs in the profile menu.
In the submenu of the main menu, you may search and select your desired song name, singer, or code and activate the RBT with only one click.
In the submenu of My Active RBTs, you can see the RBTs which are currently active on your SIM Card. You may listen to the active RBTs and deactivate or delete them from your playlist using the available options.
If you have uploaded a new RBT containing your own voice, or if you want to choose an RBT from “Smart RBT” submenu, you may select a part of the related RBT, listen to it and set it as your RBT. Moreover, the default parts will be available for the application users

No. In such case, it will not be possible to reimburse the amount to your account.
No. Each RBT will be saved in your playlist for 30 days. For example, if you purchase an RBT on September 1, it will expire on October 1.
In this mode the RBTs will be saved in your playlist in the order you purchase them and one will be played randomly at each call.
Instant RBT is one of the customized RBTs. In such way that a number of most used RBTs will be set for the user by default, e.g “I’m in a meeting.”, “I’m driving.”, etc.
So when you are driving and you cannot answer a call, you can simply activate the Instant RBT and let your contact know about your situation.
Note that you must get a subscription to be able to use this type of customized RBT.
In “My RBTs” menu, log into “My Active RBTs”. There you can see “Single” and “Shared” tabs. The RBT which is activated as a single purchase (purchased using airtime) is seen in “Single” tab. To delete it you only need to click on delete icon (Recycle Bin).
If you have activated your RBT through purchasing a subscription (online purchase), you can see it in the “Shared” tab. To delete it you only need to click on delete icon (Recycle Bin).
You can search your desired RBT in Customized and Regular menus. If the RBT is not in the said menus, you can send it to us through the Personal RBT menu. Once your sent file is reviewed and approved, your favorite song will be activated as an RBT on your mobile number.
Personal RBT allows you to set an instrumental music, permitted Iranian songs or your own voice as your RBT.
You can use your voice recorder to advertise your business, narrate a sentence or sing your favorite song.
To activate your personal RBT log in to Personal RBT menu and choose one of the methods for sending a file, including “Voice Recorder” and “Choose File”, and send your file with due observance of the applicable rules and regulations.
If the sent file is approved, the RBT will be activated automatically on your mobile number.
