How to use the Dana Plus platform
In order to have access to this platform, you need to purchase either of the Pricing Plans which best suits your needs. Please note that the maximum number of the participants in each online session will vary based on the purchased Pricing Plan.
After log-in to the system and paying the fee of the desired Pricing Plan, the Plan will be activated and then you can enter the management panel.
The difference between a training class, a webinar and a meeting
Educational classes
At classes, users’ access is locked by default and voice/video sharing is not enabled. The presenter or manager can provide the participant/user with such access (although the user is locked, s/he can send/receive text).
Webinar
At webinars, users’ access is locked by default and voice/video sharing is not enabled. The manager can NOT provide the participant/user with such access (although the user is locked, s/he can send/receive text).
meeting
At meetings, the participants have manager’s access by default and can share voice/video/file without any limitation.
