Irancell Credit Service Terms & Conditions
- To use the Irancell credit service, the applicant shall accept and comply with the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Only individual person who owns a SIM Card, in order to use Irancell’s credit service, is authorized to register as a user in compliance with the rules contained in this document.
1.2 User acknowledges that s/he has the full authority and competence to accept these terms and conditions and implement them.
1.3 User undertakes to use the Irancell credit service in accordance with the present terms and conditions and the applicable rules and regulations.
1.4 User who makes request to receive credit and use the credit service is responsible for fulfilling the obligations mentioned in this document, and if another person uses the SIM card number, the user as the SIM card holder is still obligated and responsible for following up or responding to any possible consequences.
1.5 User who makes request will be able to receive credit service only on one of the SIM card numbers registered to their name.. If the applicant is eligible to receive the credit, s/he will receive the credit on the first line (the first SIM card number) which s/he registered his/her request on “My Irancell”.
1.6 After reviewing the user’s request, Irancell will allocate credit to the user depending on the result of his validation. Therefore, necessarily, it shall not be possible to allocate a credit to any user.
1.7 In order to validate users for credit allocation, Irancell can, in addition to internal validation, inquire about the user’s credit history from the authorized credit scoring institution (Iran Credit Scoring Company) under the supervision of CBI and User shall allow Irancell to use the said information
1.8 Based on the validation result, the user may be eligible to receive credit for both types of credit services (month-end credit and installment credit) or one of them, or s/he may not be eligible to receive credit at all.
1.9 If the user is not eligible to receive credit, as the case, after 30 solar days from the date of the last validation, s/he can register his/her request to receive credit and performance of the validation process again.
1.10 Each type of credit will be exclusive to use of a specific service, and the way to repay the related debt is as follows:
- A) Month-end Credit:
- It is specific to the purchase of bolt-on packages, top-up, the subscription of Lenz internet TV, and RBT.
- The debt maturity date for this type of credit service is the end of each solar month, and the deadline for paying the bill without a penalty is the fifth day of the following month.
- In using this type of credit, if the user’s credit exceeds the amount of his/her purchase, the remainder can be used until the end of the same solar month.
- If the user pays the debt related to this type of credit sooner than the due date, the credit will be charged again at the same amount and the user can use it until the end of the set due date, and the repayment of this debt will be at the end of the same month.
- B) Installment Credit:
- It is for the purchase of Irancell fiber optic service.
The fiber optic service should include the modem, its installation and commissioning, and the initial internet package.
- The debt maturity date for this type of credit service is the end of each solar month, and the due date for paying the bill without the penalty is the fifth day of the following month. The provisions of this clause do not include the first installment, and the user must pay the first installment at the same time as submitting the request.
- In order to use this type of credit, if the user’s credit is more than the amount of his purchase, the remainder cannot be used at all.
- To use installment credit, the user must have a confirmed fiber optic pre-order that registered SIM card number matches the information registered to receive the credit.
1.11 In case of failure to pay the invoices as described in the previous paragraphs by the due date, the user’s debt will be subject to the penalty. The calculation method for the the penalty is as follows:
- C) The Delay Penalty for Month-end Credit (Monthly Credit):
- In case of failure to make repayment at any time, for the 1st and 2nd months installments thereof, 3% of the total unpaid installment on a daily basis will be considered as the delay penalty;
- However, it will be raised to 5% from the expiry of the 2nd month to the 6th month thereof.
- D) The Delay Penalty for Installment Credit:
- In case of failure to make repayment at any time, for the 1st and 2nd months installments thereof, 3% of the total unpaid installment on a daily basis will be considered as the penalty;
- however, it will be raised to 4% from the expiry of the 2nd month to the 12th month thereof.
1.12 If the user has not paid his/her overdue debt after passing the 5-days grace period (the deadline for paying the bill without the penalty), the penalty will be calculated from the beginning of the month in which the debt was not paid until the end of the 5-days grace period, and the penalty will be applied from the sixth day of the next month. Therefore, the user must pay the sum of the penalty and unpaid installments to Irancell at once.
1.13 If the user is eligible to receive both types of credits and the said credits are allocated to the user, only one of them can be used by the user, and in case of settlement of the debt/ credit installments used on the condition that the allocated credit can still be used within the desired time period, both types of credits will be available to the user again.
1.14 If the credits allocated for the user’s desired purchase are insufficient, the user can provide the extra amount through other payment methods such as digital wallet balance and bank gateways.
1.15 If the allocated credit covers the entire purchase amount, all the credit will be used while purchasing, and it will not be possible to use a part of it.
1.16 Users can repay their debt/installments through digital wallets or bank gateways.
1.17 If the debt repay through bank gateways is not successful, the amount will be returned to his/her digital wallet and the user can apply for repay the debt again.
1.18 If the user has more than one SIM card, the credit allocated to him/her can be transferred to his/her other lines, if:
18.1.1 days have passed since the credit was allocated to the first line (the first SIM card number) which s/he registered his/her request on “My Irancell”.
18.1.2 He/she has settled the debts and installments of the first line (the first SIM card number) that s/he registered his/her request on “My Irancell”.
1.19 If the user does not use the allocated credit, after ……days, re-scoring will be required again.
1.20 The credit amount limit will be determined by Irancell on a monthly basis and will be applied in the Irancell digital wallet. The desired credit may increase or decrease in each credit allocation period based on criteria such as the user’s payment history.
1.21 If user does not have any unpaid debt, after four months from the date of credit allocation, they must register their request again in “My Irancell” to receive credit.
1.22 In order to purchase fiber optic service on credit, the user will be required to confirm the “related terms and conditions document regarding the installment purchase of the fiber optic service”, in which case the ownership of the fiber optic service will be transferred to the user only after the payment of the last installment. If the user refuses to pay each installment, Irancell will be allowed to take actions such as disconnecting the service and taking back the modem and equipment according to the provisions of that document.
1.23 If the user has outstanding debt in the credit service, it will not be possible to provide any services such as portability of the SIM card, change of ownership, until the user’s debt is settled.
1.24 The user, upon confirming the present document, accepts and acknowledges that Irancell shall be entitled to submit their information as bad-debt user to the credit scoring institution to be reflected on their score in addition to imposing the penalty for delay and refusing to provide credit services to the violating user.
- Irancell Obligations
2.1 Irancell is committed to provide all the services predicted in this document in full compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the e-commerce law.
- Purchase Cancellation Before Receiving the Goods and Service Installation
Users of fiber optic internet service through Irancell’s credit service can cancel the order and request a refund after placing the order and before installation and activating the service (before any action related to the cabling of the service).
If the Users, in addition to using the granted credit, have used other payment methods such as using a digital wallet or bank gateways, the Users’ payment will be returned to their digital wallet.
- Authority to Make Changes
Irancell is authorized to make changes in its terms and conditions with users based on necessity or discretion. These changes can be made at any time without informing the users. So, users should re-read the terms and conditions under this agreement from time to time in order to be aware of probable changes. In case of any changes in mentioned rules, it will be published and updated on this page. Since these changes can include minor changes in some terms and conditions to changing the entire content of the terms and conditions, users are advised to review the rules section of this website at appropriate intervals in order to be informed of probable changes. Evidently, the users are obliged to comply with the rules of these terms and conditions and all changes in its provisions, and in case of violation of the rules, no excuse from the user, including lack of knowledge of the rules or the changes made, will not be accepted.
- Guarantee of Non-compliance with Terms and Condition
In case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned on this page, Irancell may suspend the account for a limited period of time or permanently; and claim compensation for any material or moral damages incurred.

As the subject user of this document, by carefully reading the above content and being aware of the contents of the present terms and conditions document, I hereby declare my agreement with all the above content and waive the right of any objection.
