If your modem needs repair and its warranty period has expired, there is no need to worry.

Before sending your modem to the HUB company’s repair department, please check the following items. If the issue with your modem is not resolved, please fill out the request form and our team will contact you.

No modem antenna
The modem does not turn on
Constant turning off and turning on of the modem
Wireless modem settings
Restarting the modem (turning it off & on)
Checking SIM card (has it been placed correctly in its slot? Is it physically undamaged?
Check the adapter (make sure the adapter is working properly / use a 12V 1A adapter)
To check the antenna network coverage of the area, call 700 from Irancell lines for FD modems and 0937700000 from other lines, and for TD-LTE modems , call 707 from Irancell lines and 09377070000 from other lines.

Registration of inspection and repair requests

After receiving your submitted information, our experts will inform you of the method of sending the defective modem (by mail or in person), the procedure for returning the repaired modem, and the registered acceptance number.

After receiving the modem and estimating the repair costs, Bamdat Communication Smart Company (Hub) will notify you of these costs, and if you agree and pay the mentioned costs, the modem repair will begin. If for any reason you do not agree with paying the estimated costs, the modem will be delivered to you by mail or by visiting in person. Obviously, if you choose postal delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of postage
