Registration of inspection and repair requests
After receiving your submitted information, our experts will inform you of the method of sending the defective modem (by mail or in person), the procedure for returning the repaired modem, and the registered acceptance number.
After receiving the modem and estimating the repair costs, Bamdat Communication Smart Company (Hub) will notify you of these costs, and if you agree and pay the mentioned costs, the modem repair will begin.
If for any reason you do not agree with paying the estimated costs, the modem will be delivered to you by mail or by visiting in person. Obviously, if you choose postal delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of postage
