Emergency recharge and internet services

In urgent situations, use Irancell services without immediate payment.

Some of you prepaid SIM card holders who have been active on the Irancell network for at least three months and have purchased a minimum of 10,000 Tomans of credit monthly can use Irancell’s Emergency Service in critical moments by dialing *815#.This way, you’ll instantly receive the emergency recharge or internet you need, and the cost will be automatically deducted from your next recharge.

If your prepaid balance has run out and you’re unable to purchase credit for any reason, you can receive emergency recharge through one of the following methods:

  • Dial *815# from your SIM card.
  • Open the MyIrancell app and select the “Emergency recharge” option.

  • In addition to the emergency recharge amount, a service fee of 75 Tomans per 500 Tomans will also be deducted from your account upon your next recharge.

Automatic emergency recharge

When a prepaid subscriber qualifies for emergency credit and successfully activates the automatic emergency top-up via the *815# menu, an emergency credit of 1,000 or 2,000 Tomans will automatically be added to their account each time their balance reaches 500 Tomans. It’s important to note that 1,000 Tomans, along with a 150 Toman service fee (charged at 75 Tomans per 500 Tomans), will be deducted from the subscriber’s account upon their next recharge.
