Some of prepaid subscribers who have been active in Irancell network for at least 3 months and have purchased a minimum of 10,000 credit in each month, can dial *815# and make use of our emergency service in urgent situations. You’ll receive your required advance airtime or data without any need to pay for it at the moment and the charge of each plan will be automatically debited from your account the next time you buy credit. The steps below show you how to use this service:

1. Dialing *815# shows the main menu of Irancell emergency service page

2. By entering 1 in the main menu, a 500 Tomans airtime advance will be added to your account

3. By entering 2 in the main menu, you will see three plans for a 1-day data advance and by submitting each one of them you’ll get a 1-day data advance with its specific data allowance

4. By entering 3 in the main menu, you will see three plans for a 7-days data advance and by submitting each one of them you’ll get a 7-days data advance with its specific data allowance

5. By entering 4 in the main menu, you will see the plans for a 30-days data advance and by submitting each one of them you’ll get a 30-days data advance with its specific data allowance

6. Entering 5 in the main menu shows you any amount of emergency debt in your account
