Irancell Fixed Wireless Internet (FWA) is one of the new solutions for establishing an internet connection based on 4G and 5G networks. With fixed wireless internet, you can experience high speed and stability in your internet connection; in addition, the packages available for this service are offered at an affordable price and are suitable for general use. To activate this service, you need an Irancell SIM card, a new modem or an existing compatible one, and installing them outdoors (balcony, behind a window or on the roof) of your place of residence or work.

Requirements

  • IMEI code of the existing modem (if you have a fixed internet modem and the modem is compatible with this service) or a new modem.
  • An Irancell SIM card and data packages specific to this service.
  • Network coverage in the selected location.

Important notes

  • If you ever relocate, you can activate the fixed wireless Internet service in the new location during the relocation process.
  • The packages of this service can only be used in the location where the modem was activated. To use this service in another location, the service relocation process must be completed and the service must be activated in the new location.
  • If a regular data package was active for the modem before this service was activated on it, by activating the fixed wireless Internet service on this modem, the existing data package will not be accessible until the fixed wireless Internet service is deactivated on the modem.
  • In order to better activate this service and be able to use high-speed Internet, we recommend that you request a technician to set it up.
