Requester:
- The requester is required to be present at the submitted address when the representative visits. If they are not, travel expenses will be charged and the requester can make arrangements again if necessary.
- The requester is required to bring all valid ID documents with them when visited by the representative.
- The requester is required to respond to calls received from the representative during the visit. Otherwise, the request will be canceled.
- If the address is incorrect or the requester announces a change of address when the representative visits, the request will be canceled and the travel expenses will be charged by the representative from the applicant.
- In the event of a violation by the representative, the requester can follow up on the matter by calling 700.
- The requester is required to inform the representative of the services he needs when submitting the request.
- If the ownership change service is requested, the old and new owners must be present at the location at the same time.
- The requester is obliged to pay the travel expenses to the representative in any case.
- If there is a problem on the part of the representative /Irancell in providing the service, the travel expenses will not be charged by the representative and the requester can file another request after the problem is resolved.
Irancell Representative:
- Is required to verify the identity and receive valid identification documents from the requester.
- Is not allowed to enter the home or privacy of individuals.
- Is not allowed to visit non-urban and non-residential areas (military, mountainous, forest, etc.).
- During heavy traffic hours or other events (natural disasters, accidents, road blockades, etc.) or bad weather conditions, there may be delayed in visiting.
- Is required to be present at the submitted location on the date and time coordinated with the requester.
- Is not allowed to charge the requester any fees other than the approved service and travel costs (according to the notified circular).
- Is required to hold Irancell introduction letter and fully observe ethical standards when visiting the customer’s address.
- In the event of system errors and network disruptions during the representative’s visit at the customer’s location, they are required to visit the location again after resolving the problem, in coordination with the requester.
- If requested, the representative is required to provide an invoice for the costs.
