If you do not have enough airtime during your stay at Iraq, your family members or friends in Iran who are Irancell subscribers can pay the cost of your roamed call. In this way, an IVR message asks them whether they are willing to pay the cost. Using this service, the calling party, in addition to the cost of his/her call, will pay the cost of the called party (i.e. the subscriber who is in Iraq) to the amount of 69,000 tomans per minute.
