General Terms and Conditions

  1. You may have access to my irancell services and gateway of various applications by My Irancell super application.
  2. Using My Irancell super application means you have fully read and accepted the present terms and conditions. ‌‌
  3. The license to use My Irancell super application is a single use license for the individuals and from their personal accounts. You undertake not to provide others with the username and password of your account. You are responsible for the probable consequences against any illegal or inappropriate usage of your account.
  4. To use My Irancell, you are required to use a device having access to active internet and compatible with the super application‌ ‌
  5. Please be informed that Installation of My Irancell super application is free of charge and you are not required to make any payment for the installation.‌ ‌
  6. To purchase and use My Irancell super application services, you need to register your Irancell number (SIM card or modem); then the one Time Password (OTP) will be sent to you.‌
  7. To be eligible to create an account, you shall be legally qualified; i.e. be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you need to ask your parents or legal guardians to create an account for you and monitor your activities.
  8. My Irancell super application publishes the applications, games and digital contents in general, only after evaluating all of them in terms of accuracy and safety; however, you are responsible for any potential damage to your handsets, tablets and the like or any loss of information. ‌ ‌ ‌
  9. My Irancell super application shall be authorized to remove any of the applications from its platform, if needed. ‌ ‌
  10. In case you purchase any non-free product or service from My Irancell super application and they are removed from My Irancell or they may have inappropriate function and it is approved by Irancell, the purchased service will remain active until its expiry date or unless the total volume is consumed.‌
  11. Non-free Irancell services or products on My Irancell super application means: Internet, voice, SMS packages, roaming, shared internet packages with limited deadline which can be purchased and activated through user account by payment through online bank gateways, credit or digital wallet for personal usage or as a gift to be granted to other Irancell subscribers.‌ ‌
  12. The price of each package excludes the tax; and upon activation of the package in My Irancell super application, you cannot refund your payment.‌
  13. Your account credit in My Irancell super application is only for Irancell services and by no means can be transferred to other operators or converted to cash.
  14. My Irancell super application shall not be responsible for any probable damages incurred by the user or the problems raised outside the scope of its operation such as disconnection of communication lines, internet network and web services.‌ ‌
  15. In case you transfer ownership of your Irancell SIM card, your account and the history of your transactions will automatically be removed and the balance of your account credit will be transferred to the new owner of SIM card.‌ ‌ ‌Upon change of ownership, the new owner of SIM card can create a new account.‌ ‌
  16. You should uninstall My Irancell application from your handset prior to transfer of its ownership. This leads to removing all data of the accounts registered on your handset.‌ ‌ ‌ Upon activation of My Irancell on other devices and inserting SIM card and the respective code, the data such as active packages, SIM card status and file information as well as the history of purchase will be recalled from the previous device.‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌
  17. The territory of providing My Irancell super application products and services is Islamic Republic of Iran at the moment; however, it can be used in other countries by roaming Irancell network as well.‌
  18.  You shall undertake to use My Irancell services based on the present terms and conditions.‌

Subscriber’s Privacy and Data Protection‌

  1. It is of high importance for Irancell to protect the privacy of users and Irancell undertakes to protect your personal data.‌ To this end, Irancell applies various protocols to protect the data.‌ ‌ ‌
  2. It is of high importance to protect the users privacy. In order to provide appropriate services for the users, increase the application performance security and accuracy, provide statistical reports, deal with probable complaints, Irancell saves and use your call info, identity particulars, financial transactions and the history of services provided, voice and internet packages purchased and the bills settled. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ .
  3. In order to fully benefit from My Irancell super application and the applications available in My Irancell, you may be requested to grant access to your location, camera and contacts in your mobile setting;‌ Otherwise, it will be impossible to locate your place in transportation application, to scan QR code or to provide airtime for your contact list on My Irancell super application platform.‌ ‌
  4. Your personal information (such as mobile number, full name, e-mail, username, etc.) shall be provided for other natural persons or legal entities solely upon the official request made by  competent legal authorities.
  5. The responsibility for all purchases, downloads, searches and, in general, activities conducted through your account shall lie with yourself and My Irancell super application will bear no responsibility in this regard; therefore, you are required to observe all the security issues for your accounts.
  6. All activities and customer products of My Irancell super application are subject to the rules and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran.‌
  7. The general terms of using My Irancell super application may change every now and then for any reason whatsoever. The last version is always published and you are required to review the latest version all the time.‌

Data Protection

  1. It is of high importance to protect the personal information of the users; accordingly ,the appropriate physical, managerial and technical measures are always taken to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure of inappropriate usage, changes made, damages incurred to or loss of information. ‌ ‌
  2. In order to log in My Irancell account, you can use one Time Password (OTP) which is only available via your email or mobile phone. You are requested to avoid providing others with your OTP.‌ ‌
  3. The information of your account or bank card filled out during payment and activation of package in My Irancell, will be inserted in online bank gateway on My Irancell platform and by no means are saved in Irancell database. They will only be reused from bank gateways.‌ These information will be sent only during the time of transaction as encrypted through Irancell banking infrastructure secure channels to the bank responsible for internet payment gateway.‌ Taking into account the CBI requirements in all internet payment processes, the mobile number of the user will be accessible to the bank for cash transfer.‌
  4. In line with increasing the security of financial transactions on My Irancell super application platform, Irancell communicates with the legal authorities all suspicious issues and information of the individuals suspected of misusing the application so that they can be legally prosecuted based on the rules and regulations.

Security Joint Obligations

  1. Any type of copy from super application, attempt to penetrate its data, hacking or attempting to hack the system data, shall be prosecuted based on the rules and regulations including the rules governing Islamic Republic of Iran.‌  ‌ ‌
  2. You are required to protect password and information of your bank cards on My Irancell platform and avoid providing others to have access or misuse your important information. My Irancell super application shall bear no responsibility with regard to the banking data of its users.‌ You shall be responsible for any non-compliance with the requirements of this paragraph leading to access of individuals other than you to OTP, with or without any consequences.
  3. You shall undertake to inform the system support via contacting 700 or 09377000000 (from non-Irancell lines) in the first time possible of any unauthorized operation, the third parties advantages made from your account or any other cases activated or performed in your user account without your approval in My Irancell super application or digital wallet.‌ ‌
  4. Non-compliance with the present terms and conditions or any action performed with regard to money laundering or any disorder made in the banking system of Islamic Republic of Iran may lead to suspension of services provided to you; subsequently, the facts and circumstances will be communicated with the competent legal authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights     

  1. All services and products related to the structure and content available in My Irancell super application including domain name, trademark and other examples of intellectual properties and under protection of local and international laws with regard to intellectual property of this super application belong to Irancell Telecommunication Services Company.‌ Any type of unauthorized use of the application without the prior written approval of Irancell shall be subject to legal prosecution.
  2. My Irancell undertakes no responsibility against the use of applications with the same name or websites with similar address created or established for misusing My Irancell brand (trademark and trade name).‌ ‌

Penalties for Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions  

 In case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in this documents, Irancell may suspend your account for a limited period of time or permanently; and claim compensation for any material or moral damages incurred.‌
