Recommendation before buying a mobile internet package

As the terms and conditions for buying internet packages have changed, we recommend you to review below notes.

  • Once your internet package is finished, post-paid users can use a maximum of 100 MB out of bundle internet (for 0.4 Rials/Kb) per month. Afterwards you need to buy a new internet package to have access to the internet again.
  • Mobile data out of bundle and packages tariffs for local messengers will be applied with 70% discount.
  • Local traffic will be applied on some selected local websites. In case of buying any of the internet packages, you will enjoy 63% discount on your internet charges while surfing on the selected local websites.
  • Find the details of usage via MyIrancell app or simply by dialing *555*1*4#
  • Purchase, usage and out of bundle messages are sent to you via system messages. You can configure how to receive system messages using MyIrancell application (system message receiving settings) or by dialing *555*4*7# and get your messages through desired channels.
  • You can purchase some of the 7 days, 15 days, 30 days and 60 days and monthly packages through MyIrancell application or *555*5# USSD with “auto renewal” feature.
  • You can deactivate auto renewal feature of the purchase package through MyIrancell application or *555*5*9# USSD.
  • The packages purchased through Irancell website won’t have the auto renewal feature.
  •  Packages are automatically renewed upon reaching the expiration date or when the size reaches 50 MB.
  • If you buy more than one package, the auto renewal will happen for the last purchased package.
  •  The purchasing date of any package is the starting point of usage. Even there are more than one purchased packages.
  • Gift data packages have priority of usage over purchased data packages. In other words, if you already have purchased and activated a data package and receive a gift data package, your internet usage will be first from the gift package.
  • Since Irancell’s “WoW”, gift and nightly packages are either free or available with special discounts, therefore, 63% discount for local data tariff and 70% discount for local messenger tariff won’t be applied to them.
  •  It is not possible to use “Internet Usage Control” plan in international roaming mode.

On-Net Voice Packages Terms

Irancell subscribers can reduce their costs according to their usage pattern by purchasing any of the voice packages.

  • These packages include on-net calls (from an Irancell line to another Irancell line). Off-net calls (from Irancell line to other lines) are calculated based on the basic tariff plan.
  • Please note that if you have an active voice package, the cost of calling Irancell customer support (700 and 09377000000) is not deducted from the voice package. For pre-paid SIM cards, it is deducted from the SIM credit, and for postpaid SIM cards, it is added to the SIM bill.
  • Purchasing SMS packages does not change the maximum number of SMS messages that can be sent from a line.
  • SMS packages are valid only for on-network usage and cannot be used for international or roaming services.
  • SMS and voice packages can only be gifted from a prepaid line to another prepaid line, and from a postpaid line to another postpaid line.
  • For SMS packages, the language of the message does not matter. Every 70 Persian characters or 140 English characters is counted as one SMS message.

 

International Voice Packages Terms

  • These packages do not include satellite calls or calls to special numbers such as Special Services, Premium numbers, etc., and the cost of these calls will be calculated at standard rates.
