To activate the service via MyIrancell, choose “My Account”, then enter the “Profile” section and activate the roaming services.
Roaming Packages in KSA Special for Hajj
To facilitate the subscribers access to SIM card services including high-speed 4G and 5G internet, special discounted packages are offered for roaming with STC and Mobily operators. Since using roaming with out-of-bundle tariff costs a lot, it is recommended to use the following packages to save costs:

It is possible to purchase and activate all packages through MyIrancell super application and Irancell website both in Iran and Saudi Arabia.
To check your package validity or remaining data, you can dial *1111*6# with your Irancell SIM card or visit MyIrancell.
By purchasing roaming packages before departure, roaming service will be automatically activated for your SIM card.

Points to Consider During Your Stay at KSA
- It is recommended to have at least 100 k tomans in your prepaid SIM card before departure.
- If you have encountered any issue in making phone calls, before anything else, please make sure that you have enough airtime in your account.
It is advised to postpaid subscribers to increase their credit level to the needed amount.

Proper Dialing for Making a Call to Iran
- Add 0098 to the desired number
- Remove 0 from the beginning of the number
- Example: 00989351234567 (mobile phone) or 00982187654321 (landline)
Methods for Purchasing Airtime or Paying Bills (in Iran or KSA)
- Using MyIrancell
- Purchasing airtime and dialing *141*code# for prepaid SIM cards
- Dialing *7# for purchasing airtime or paying the bill through bank cards
Note:
- Switching on the handset will not incur any charges.
- After returning to Iran, it is not possible to continue using the packages and the remaining volume will expire.
Also note that when the roaming is activated, the data used by your handset’s applications is charged based on roaming tariffs. By dialing *1111*4*4# (in Iran and KSA), the discounted tariffs for Haj will be sent to you, free of charge.
These packages can be purchased and activated until 6 July 2026 and are valid up to the expiry date.

If you do not have enough airtime during your stay at KSA, Your family members or friends in Iran who are Irancell subscribers can pay the cost of your roamed call. In this way, an IVR message asks them whether they are willing to pay the cost. Using this service, the calling party, in addition to the cost of his/her call, will pay the cost of the called party (i.e. the subscriber who is in KSA) to the amount of 55,000 tomans per minute.
