What You Should Know After Porting

1. The subscriber must return to the original operator to change the ownership of the ported number.
2. If the subscriber is inactive on the recipient operator’s network for any reason for a period of 6 months, the original operator will have the right to revoke the subscriber’s ownership and reassign the number

• During the porting process, you will receive and send various informational text messages. It is best to use a mobile phone that you are certain is working correctly so that your messages are transmitted properly and you do not encounter any issues.
• Registration for corporate subscribers must be done in writing by the authorized owners or designated representatives by visiting one of the contact centers.
