By dialing *1111*4*4# (in Iran and KSA), the discounted tariffs for Haj will be sent to you, free of charge.

Points to Consider During Your Stay at KSA
- It is recommended to have at least 100 k tomans in your prepaid SIM card before departure.
- If you have encountered any issue in making phone calls, before anything else, please make sure that you have enough airtime in your account.
- It is advised to postpaid subscribers to increase their credit level to the needed amount.
Call Host Service
If you do not have enough airtime during your stay at KSA, Your family members or friends in Iran who are Irancell subscribers can pay the cost of your roamed call. In this way, an IVR message asks them whether they are willing to pay the cost. Using this service, the calling party, in addition to the cost of his/her call, will pay the cost of the called party (i.e. the subscriber who is in KSA) to the amount of 55,000 tomans per minute.

- Remove 0 from the beginning of the number

Note:
- Switching on the handset will not incur any charges.
- After returning to Iran, it is not possible to continue using the packages and the remaining volume will expire.
- Also note that when the roaming is activated, the data used by your handset’s applications is charged based on roaming tariffs.
