Some of prepaid subscribers who have been active in Irancell network for at least 3 months and have purchased a minimum of 10,000 tomans credit in each month, can make use of our emergency service in urgent situations. You’ll receive your required advance airtime or data without any need to pay for it at the moment and the cost of each plan will be automatically debited from your account the next time you buy credit.

In addition to the emergency airtime fee, for each 500 Tomans, 50 Tomans transaction fee will be deducted from your next top-up.
