Your fixed internet (TD-LTE) number may get forgotten or lost from time to time. And that doesn’t count as a problem, since we have thought of simple ways for its retrieval so that you can get on with your work no matter what. Generally you have 2 options in such cases: 1) Using MyIrancell super application or web application, 2) Dialing a USSD code
Retrieving your TD-LTE number with MyIrancell Super App
1. Open MyIrancell super app and at the top of main page, on your User Accounts section, tap on the little menu button.
2. Now tap on “Add New Account” and then on “Forgot TDD Number”.
3. Enter your IMEI code (found below or behind your modem) and your national identity code.
4. Your TD-LTE number will be shown to you just like that!
Retrieving your TD-LTE number with MyIrancell Web App (Specially for iOS users)
1. Open MyIrancell web app and on the login page, click on “Forgot TDD Number”.
2. Enter your IMEI code (found below or behind your modem) and your national identity code.
3. Your TD-LTE number will be shown to you just like this!
Retrieving your TD-LTE number by Dialing a USSD Code
1. Dial *555*8*8# from an Irancell line.
2. Enter your national identity code (which was submitted when registering your TD-LTE number).
3. Enter your IMEI code (found below or behind your modem) or the 15-digit number on your TD-LTE SIM.
4. As promised, you’ll find your lost number once again!
