  • Points to Consider

Differences among class, webinar and meeting

At classes, users’ access is locked by default and voice/video sharing is not enabled. The presenter or manager can provide the participant/user with such access (although the user is locked, s/he can send/receive text).

At webinars, users’ access is locked by default and voice/video sharing is not enabled. The manager can NOT provide the participant/user with such access (although the user is locked, s/he can send/receive text).

At meetings, the participants have manager’s access by default and can share voice/video/file without any limitation.

In an attempt to better manage and lead the events, the managers are enabled to:

    • View the list of users
    • Initiate private or public discussions
    • Write notes to be shared
    • Run survey
    • Record classes, webinars and meetings
    • Use DanaPlus recording add-on at Google Chrome browser
