Irancell Receives Golden Trophy for Consumer Rights Protection
The “Golden Trophy and Plaque for Consumer Rights Protection” was awarded by the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade to Irancell as the only operator who could receive this special prize. This is the 10th year that Irancell is selected at the National Conference on Consumer Rights Protection.
The 23rd National Conference on Consumer Rights Protection was held on Thursday morning February 27, 2025, with the presence of the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, CEO of the National Organization for Protection of Consumers and Producers, President of Iran Chamber of Guilds, managers of economic entities and media persons at IRIB International Conference Center.
In this ceremony, “the Golden Trophy and Plaque for Consumer Rights Protection” was awarded by the National Organization for Protection of Consumers and Producers to Mr. Alireza Rafiei CEO of Irancell as the first and biggest digital operator in Iran and the first 5G service provider in Iran.
In this round of assessment of participants, a call for registration was sent to 1200 companies out of which 400 companies registered and after the final assessment, 48 companies managed to receive a certificate and trophy. And Irancell, as the only mobile operator receiving the prize, could be amongst the selected companies which received the golden trophy.
The assessment and selection of top entities in this conference was the result of a year-long process which is carried out based on criteria and provisions stipulated in the regulations for grant of national certificates and trophies for consumer rights protection.
Irancell, as the pioneer operator in gaining customers satisfaction, has already achieved the national trophy and certificate for Consumer Rights Protection in 9 rounds.
