Irancell Enters Corporate Venture Capital Field‌

As Irancell investment holding, Vista succeeded to receive corporate venture capital (CVC) operation license.‌‌

According to Irancell PR report, Irancell as the first and largest Iran digital operator, joined the group of CVC players upon Vista (its investment arm) receiving CVC fund operation license from Iran National innovation Fund. ‌‌‌

Aimed at establishment of digital transformation in industries and businesses, Irancell has entered the CVC field.‌‌ The main objective of Vista CVC Fund investment is in the field of financial technologies, e-commerce, digital health, AI and technological knowledge based services and products which will be proceeded in line with the strategy of the first and largest Iran digital operator; i.e. Transformation from Telco to Techco.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌

As Irancell investment holding, Vista Company was established as of 2019 whose portfolio consists of Rubika Co., Noafarin Technology and Research Fund, Snapp Holding, Irancell Labs Co, Iranian Towers Co, Vista Media Co and Tamin Atiyeh Vista Co. ‌‌‌ Obtaining the operation license in CVC field, Vista could absorb investment and technological teams in knowledge based and startup businesses and play a significant role in development of the State digital economy ecosystem in line with Irancell services and value chain.‌‌ ‌‌
