Irancell Receives “National Trophy for Consumers Protection”
Irancell as the only mobile operator was awarded by the Consumers and Producers Protection Organization with the “National Certificate and Trophy for Consumers Protection”. This is the eighth consecutive year Irancell receives this award.
According to Irancell PR, the 21st event for awarding the Consumers Protection Certificate and Trophy to Top Companies was held on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 with the presence of the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade and the Managing Director of Consumers and Producers Protection Organization at the venue of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade. During the ceremony the “20th Certificate and Trophy for Consumers Protection to Top Companies” was awarded by the National Organization for Consumers and Producers Protection to Irancell Chief Customer Relations Officer Mr. Mohammadali Moghadam on behalf of Irancell CEO Mr. Bijan Abbasi Arand.
Stressing the importance of gaining consumer satisfaction and providing them with protection to help their business continuity, the Minister and CPPO Managing Director referred to the trophy as “the best prize in the realm of industry, mine and trade” which is indeed awarded on behalf of consumers.
Extending his congratulations to the selected companies in the ceremony, CPPO Managing Director Mr. Farhidzadeh also added that “we encourage top companies to share their experience and knowledge in various fields of customer care services, sales, management systems and the like with other companies and economic entities.”
Irancell, the leading operator in customer satisfaction and consumer protection had previously achieved to receive the National Certificate and Trophy for Consumers Protection for seven years consecutively.
