Irancell SIM Card Ownership Transfer Service

‘The SIM card ownership transfer service, is a kind of service which allows Irancell users to remove a SIM card from their ownership and transfer it to another user’s name.

To transfer ownership of their SIM card, Irancell users may proceed with one of the following two ways:


•  They can visit Irancell Connect and Distributer Store,Irancell sales and service centers or Irancell sales representatives in person

In order to transfer the ownership of the SIM card, the seller must have the SIM card and a valid ID card. The buyer must have a valid ID card, a valid postal address, their most recent postal code and they both must be present at Irancell sales representatives or service centers. Please be noted that both the seller and buyer must be present at Irancell sales or service centers at the same time.

The Deceased Owner’s SIM Card Ownership Transfer

To transfer the ownership of a SIM card belonging to the deceased owners, the first-degree family members (heirs) or their legal representative must visit one of the centers listed below, presenting their valid identification documents and the documents pertaining to the owners’ death, including: valid identification of the deceased, attorney authorization from the heirs, certificate of inheritance, and death certificate.
