By providing either of the following documents, you can enjoy MTN Irancell services (for example, if you submit Smart National ID Card, there is no need for providing other documents).

Iranian Nationals:

• Smart National ID Card
• Old National ID Card together with the signed receipt to the effect that the request for Smart National ID Card is submitted
• Printed new  Birth Certificate (having the photo of the holder) with National ID number mentioned therein

Foreign Nationals:

• Passport
• Refugee Registration Card (Amayesh Card)
• Refugee Identification Card
• (Green and Special) Refugee ID Card
• Foreign National ID card

Note: Visa and Refugee Census Form are not acceptable.
