In Irancell Customer Relations, we put all our efforts into creating a different and unique experience for the customers and try to ensure maximum satisfaction. We use digital technologies and data analysis in all online and offline communication channels to hear their voice and respond to their needs and problems regarding our services and products. Our main goal is to establish effective communication with customers in order to create an enjoyable service experience.
In order to improve the level of customers’ access to Irancell products and services in face-to-face and digital platforms, Sales and Distribution division always tries to create the required infrastructure for the development of a wide, efficient and innovative sales and distribution network among operators. The continuous improvement of processes and the use of modern technologies in order to meet the needs of customers is the main goal of Sales and Distribution division.
In the marketing team, we are trying to establish effective and valuable communication with our customers through various channels by providing products or services based on the needs of consumers and make them interested in using our products or services.
We in the legal and regulatory team with the role of supporting and facilitating contracts, take steps in the proposed lawsuits according to the needs of the company’s departments, taking into account the maximum interests of the company. In addition, the regulatory team is responsible for the compliance of the regulations established by the regulator in the company and tries to ensure that the company moves within the framework of current laws and regulations.
The mission of the Human Resources division in Irancell is to empower Irancelle staff to leave a mark in the digital world. We seek to provide an environment that inspires the work and life of staff members so that we can all create a unique experience for Irancell customers.
Irancell’s Human Resources, with about 70 experts in this field, is responsible for handling the needs and creating satisfaction of more than 3,000 Irancell colleagues and is always climbing to the highest peaks of success in the path of improving the digital experience.
We in procurement are trying to follow all purchase requests such as technical and commercial purchases with different potential suppliers via Irancell’s purchasing processes in the shortest possible time and with high quality in an effective and efficient way. These purchases are such as equipment and services related to BTS sites, NWG and ITS infrastructure, cyber security, commercial services, modems and SIM cards, consumables and office supplies. The management of logistics processes and Irancell warehouses are also a part of procurement activities.

Irancell’s audit and risk division includes various teams of internal auditors, risk analysts, compliance specialists, fraud risk analysts, business continuity analysts and professional ethics experts who cooperate with each other to make risk management effective in Irancell. Each of these specialties has a unique perspective and special skills that play a role in identifying, investigating and managing all types of risks in the majority of the three-layer defense model. The main goal of this division is to reduce the severity and probability of risk as much as possible and improve controling the environment of the business.

Our goal in the cyber security team is to ensure safe storage, access control and prevent unauthorized processing, transfer or deletion of data, and we protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. Also, the cyber security team is responsible for protecting the availability, integrity and the safety of network information and data.
