In Irancell, we use a cultural symbol called “Be a Pro” to become more professional in cultural matters. “Be a Pro” is a long-term program aiming to become more professional in the organization. Every year, in Be Professional, we target different cultural topics and discuss them.

In 2023, our focus was on becoming professionals in recognizing psychological capital and the four issues of resilience, hope, optimism, and self-efficacy. But this year, since the beginning of July, with a focus on emotional intelligence, we have been hosting Dr. Peyman Rahiminejad, an organizational psychotherapist, and we are dealing with different aspects of feelings and emotions.

Knowing about emotional intelligence and how to properly manage emotions can affect up to 60% of people’s success; By taking advantage of this issue, we help not only to improve the communication of our colleagues but also to their professional and personal development.
