Irancell parents as a coach!

Creating an experience for employees and maintaining their sense of belonging can go beyond the organization’s boundaries and reach the homes of colleagues’ families. This is one of Irancell’s human resources strategies to improve work experience and work-life balance.

At the beginning of the summer, by the request of several colleagues, we added a group to the non-working groups of Irancell colleagues called eConnect-Mothers. The purpose of eConnect groups is to connect colleagues with common and non-work interests. The group of mothers was formed with the same purpose, so that Irancell mothers can share their ideas and experiences and help each other improve their pregnancy and parenting experience.

The first event organized with the help of Engagement and Experience team was a seminar titled “Parents as a Coach”. In this event, Ms. Bahareh Goharin, the founder of Iran’s Coaching Ways School, presented coaching topics to parents in the amphitheater of Irancell’s HQ and online view on Lenz application for all colleagues. The audience of this event was not only Irancell’s parents but all our colleagues who participated in this seminar with every concern and goal and had a great experience.

In recent years, Irancell’s Human Resources have tried to consider parents’ concerns by providing arrangements for Irancell’s parents, especially mothers, and expanding the experience of cooperation in Irancell to their homes and children.
