2024-08-10In Irancell, we have various programs to support the individual growth and development of our colleagues; this time, Human Resources organized the seminar “Human Relations and Leadership” with the presence of Dr. Ali Babaizad, one of the most prominent experts in Transactional Analysis. This seminar was a presentation of some key concepts in the field of self-development for Irancell managers.
Our training programs at Irancell are held each time based on needs assessments, focusing on a specific topic for managers and colleagues; these programs help to ensure the continuous growth of our colleagues and the organization. This time, the main focus was on a better understanding of human relations to improve the interactions of our colleagues in the work environment and even in their personal lives.
Dr. Babaizad, a psychological counselor and therapist, along with his professional team, explained the topics of Transactional Analysis so that we can get to know ourselves better and improve the leadership and communication skills of Irancell managers.
