To gain access to your Shared Internet Account setting just head your My Irancell app. Here are some of major options you will find there:
1Select the Shared Account option.
2Choose your desired package among others.
3If your packages is chosen according to your desire, click on “Activate” button.
4In the new window, choose your preferred payment method.
5Displaying "The package has been activated successfully” message indicates that the packages is successfully purchased. Finally click on “Ok” button.
1Log in to your Shared Internet Account and select the "Add a User" option.
2Now enter your desired number in the relevant section and then click the “Add” button.
3In this step click the “OK” button to finalize adding a new sub-member.
4Displaying "Adding a new sub-member was successfully” indicates that registering a new number is done.
1Click the "View traffic details" option to define a traffic limitation for each member.
2On the newly opened page, you can define a specified traffic for each member by flicking the ranger bar or entering a specific amount manually.
3You can also define an unlimited traffic amount for each sub-member by selecting "Unlimited traffic allocation."
4Now click the "Update the sub-member traffic" option to apply the changes.
If a defined traffic of a member has been exceeded and the member still stands in need for more data, you can increase that user’s traffic amount by pushing the limitation, or resetting a new limitation for her/him.
1In the shared account dashboard, click on the "View the traffic details” beside the number of stated sub-member.
2On the opened page now select the "Internet (MB)" option.
3Then click the “Reset the sub-member” button.
4Displaying "resetting a sub-member traffic was successfully” message indicates that the sub-member traffic is just readjusted. Now finally click on the confirmation button.
1In your account, next to the number you want to delete, click on the "bin" icon.
2Displaying "sub-member removal request is done” indicates that the sub-member is deleted successfully. Now finally click on the confirmation button.
1Click on the "deactivate" button in your shared account dashboard.
2Now if you are sure of deactivating your shared account, click the "OK" button.
