Possible operation in shared account service
To build and manage your Shared Account, you can access below operations via MyIrancell app :
- Adding Consumers
- Editing each Consumer’s usage limit
- Increasing user’s limitations
- Removing users
Shared Internet Account Activation:
1.Visit “Shared Account” page on MyIrancell app, choose your required package amongst all offers and buy it.
Adding new consumers to a Shared Internet:
Visit “Shared Account” page on MyIrancell app, and tap “Add Consumer”.
Enter consumer’s Irancell number in the blank section and click on “Add”. Also you can edit usage limit for each consumer, by moving the ranger bar or entering the limit manually.
3.For the next step, make sure of your shared account settings first, then click on “Confirm”.
4.A pop up message will confirm that the consumer’s number has been added successfully. Click on “OK” to finish this step.
Arranging Usage Limit for Each User on Shared Internet:
1.To arrange usage limit for each consumer, enter Shared Account page on MyIrancell app and click On “View Details”.
2.In this page you can edit usage limit for each consumer, by moving the ranger-bar or entering the limit manually.
3.You can also choose “Unlimited” usage for each consumer.
4.Lastly click on “update” to save your account’s changes.
Increasing Usage Limit:
If a consumer reaches the usage limit and needs to be recharged, the provider can add extra amount to their limit by resetting usage amount to zero. After that the provider can edit a new usage limit or increase the previous amount.
1.On “Shared Account” page on MyIrancell app, click on “View Details”.
2.Reset the consumer’s usage amount to Zero.
3.A pop up message will confirm your request.
Deleting a Consumer:
1.On your Shared Account page, click on “View Details” next to the consumer’s number.
3.After a message confirming your request pops up, tap “OK”.
Deactivating Your Shared Account:
1.On your Shared Account page, click on “View Details” next to the Provider’s number.
2.Make sure you want to delete your Shared Account permanently, then click on “deactivate”.
