Irancell managed to receive the prestigious award for “The Nation-wide Customer Satisfaction Conference with National Products and Services Protection Approach” from National Association for the Protection of Consumer Rights.

According to MTN Irancell Public Relations, during a meeting held at IRIB International Conference Hall on Wednesday night of 17 April 2019, the prestigious award for “The Nation-wide Customer Satisfaction Conference with National Products and Services Protection Approach” was awarded to Irancell by National Association for the Protection of Consumer Rights.

Irancell received the mentioned letter of recognition and trophy based on the review of 17 quality indices such as observing the regulations set for indication and notification of the products and services prices to the consumers, compliance with the regulations set by National Association for the Protection of Consumer Rights, transparency in notifying and labeling prices on the products and services, up to date notification of the prices associated with manufactured products through the company’s website and media, developing agents service network throughout the country, creating appropriate communication network for the subscribers, establishing an efficient, structured and executive system for dealing with the customers and handling their complaints (CRM).

Irancell, as the leading operator in gaining customer satisfaction, had previously been awarded with the national certificate and trophy for respecting the rights of the consumers for 5 consecutive years.
