Methods of porting to Irancell

.You can request for porting to Irancell online or by referring to our service centers. The steps of each method are detailed in the following info graphics.

Steps 4,5 and 6 will be done on your prevoiuse SIM

  • When you receive the confirmation SMS, respond by sending 1 to the mentioned number.
  • Porting is free of charge.
  • Only the natural persons can register for MNP and legal entities should follow their requests through their authorized representatives by referring to one of our service centers.
  • The requests logged during holidays or out of working hours will be followed during the working hours (i.e. Sat. to Wed.: 8 A.M. – 5 P.M. and Thurs.: 8 A.M. – 3 P.M.)
  • Since during the porting process various SMSs are sent and received, in order to prevent any problems, please use a device that would transfer the messages properly.
