“Family and Friends”: For Pre-paid and Post-paid Subscribers

Irancell Subscribers can decrease their expenses using the new F&F service.
To make your own F&F list … You only need to pick 5 MTN Irancell numbers and register them in your F&F list! Afterwards using F&F you’ll be charged with 10 percent discount for all the calls to the 5 registered numbers! Only MTN Irancell numbers can be specified as Family and Friends numbers.


Registration
Once the service is launched, Irancell subscribers should insert the following USSD for registration, deregistration or viewing the numbers in their list: For registration or adding a number to the “Family and Friends” list, enter the number in the following format: “093XXXXXXXX”




You can also create your personalized Family and Friends list and register your numbers through the e-Care application or by requesting a dealer to do the registration for you.

Note: If you change your Tariff Plan, the numbers in the “Family and Friends” list will be deleted automatically (when migrating to a new tariff).

Charges:
A “registration fee” (applicable to registration of each number) will be charged on the bill issued for the nest billing period (for postpaid subscribers) or deducted from the airtime (for prepaid subscribers), when you register each number in your Family and Friends list.

When you are roaming, Family and Friends numbers will be considered as normal numbers and calls made to Family and Friends numbers will be charged at normal roaming tariff plan rates.
